Girl in red made her stop in Minneapolis on Monday night for a sold-out show at First Avenue. If you didn't catch the show you definitely missed out. She was so wild and fun and made every single person escape the world around them for a few hours.

Girl in red is the indie pop music project of Norwegian singer-songwriter and producer Marie Ulven Ringheim. She recorded her 2018 and 2019 EP's in her bedroom. Throughout the years she has gained a well-deserved deeply loyal fan base and that was beyond clear on Monday night in Minneapolis.
Highlights of the night include the performance of "girls," "bad idea!," and "midnight love." Of course, her most streamed song, "we fell in love in october" was the tune that many went crazy for. She also performed, "dead girl in the pool" and "Serotonin" which were stand-outs and really showcased her vocals and emotional and relatable lyrics. The final song of the night was "i wanna be your girlfriend" which wrapped up the night beautifully.
