Yam Haus is "ready to go" on 'American Song Contest'

Tonight is the night! NBC's American Song Contest premieres live tonight at 7:00 pm CT hosted by Snoop Dogg and Kelly Clarkson. The contest includes 56 acts with one representing each U.S. state, territory, and federal district. Acts will compete state vs. state through live battles to win the title of the best song in America.


Representing Minnesota is Minneapolis-based indie pop band, Yam Haus. The band consists of Lars Pruitt (lead vocals), Zach Beinlich (bass), Seth Blum (guitar), and Jake Felstow (drums). Throughout the past few years the band has been making waves throughout Minnesota and beyond. They will be heading out on a North American "Ready To Go" tour run this May. Yam Haus has an infectious way of making you feel so welcomed and loved at every show. Their music is a relatable soundtrack to our crazy lives. You don't want to miss out.
