Wet Live in Minneapolis
Brooklyn-based band, Wet brought a night full of dreamy tunes to the Fine Line in Minneapolis on Monday night. From the moment they took the stage with "Larabar," the crowd was in awe with their ethereal sound and beautiful stage presence. Wet is currently wrapping up the East Coast portion of their "Letter Blue Tour." Back in 2021, the band released their third album, "Letter Blue" which is not only their most collaborative release, but some would say their best yet.
Wet have been pushing boundaries for some time by blurring the usual lines of pop, R&B, and alternative rock. It's part of what makes this band so special. Another is of course their dreamy slow-building melodies, heartfelt lyrics, and beautiful vocals.
Highlights of the night include the performance of "Bound (with Blood Orange)," "Don't Wanna Be Your Girl," "These Days," and, of course, the upbeat, "Clementine."
The band closed the night with "On Your Side," and "You're The Best." Overall, Wet gave Minneapolis fans a night full of love they will never forget.
